Hey I downloaded this on a school computer and deleted the game files and everything but it is still showing the games spooky wallpaper i need to know how and if i can get rid of it please help
I thought this game was interesting. Some of it took a little while to pass through. The jumpscares, the chases and the tunes were good! Awesome game! Here is my video:

This game actually scared me, and I don't get scared easily. I was recording this for a YouTube video, and the game crashed. I close my recording software and THERE. IT. WAS... A "Wallpaper" that will actually give me nightmares. I called my friend immediately and asked him what's going on, while I'm shaking like Scooby-doo. He then explains to me that's just what some games do and that it doesn't actually hack your computer. I got back on the game, finished recording it, and changed my wallpaper. I am now forever spooked. This is a game I will never forget. I have so much respect for you now. Keep up the work!

Hey, I typed in the word for question 6 of the first challenge correctly, and yet, the game still said I was wrong. Is it unintentional, or is it like that on purpose so I can get into the chase sequence? Seems like it was unintentional after all.
Hi! I figured out why the 6th question doesn't register as correct now, it's not cause of a bug on my code's end, but Unity's end. The word is too long for the script to register so in the next update, the word will be changed to a smaller one to fix the issue 👍
Oh nah, I'm using the input field's text, like on the Inputfield itself I just checked and I am getting the text of the inputField, but not extracted from the inputField itself, just the text that is a child of it, the questions do answer correctly for all the other ones tho, just not the 6th long word unless I change it down, which when I do, it works again, cause Unity can't process the long 6th word from the text, but I can try getting it from the inputField itself

lol. i downloaded this game and got annoyed with the first challenge so i deleted (it was 10pm when i started so it was mostly a rage quit, i dont really have beef with the game). anyways i wake up next day and my wallpaper was changed to "why did you leave, keep playing" or something like that. so i start getting a little paranoid and try to run my surfshark antivirus and its broke. i cant run my antivirus, had the game taunting me post deletion so now im convinced i am having my personal information stolen. so now i have a tiny itty bitty voice at the very back of my head like... "what if a hitman is coming?". so then i try to find the game to see other peoples comments and i cant find the game anymore! at this point im convinced i have viruses. anyways after doing some research on how to save myself from this hitman i finally got the answer i needed. surfshark is just ass. also my wallpaper wasnt actually changed. so ill just get a new antivirus. and then i found this game here and read all the comments so i know i over thought it. So i guess i can thank this game for encouraging me to improve my internet safety.

also do the monsters have backstories? i know Bunny has one but there are ALOT of drawings ingame, and they all seem to mean something (besides drawing19 lol)
I once made a game that is like a "backstory" for Linus once, 'Night Shift at Linus'' I think it's called, I haven't done anything yet for the other characters tho except Bunny and Linus. You can check out TGIFY: Fun Center which is set in its own universe with some lore found on notes and stuff haha

The scares are good, especially the paranoia of being hacked. That said the first challenge was just too difficult(intentionally of course) for my tiny brain that I had to forfeit my data. Would you do me a favor dev, and let the assassin know to be gentle with me? I'd appreciate it.
Lol I'll come back and play this game when it doesn't frustrate me enough to rage quit. Really well done, but I'll mimic the complaint that the challenges may be a bit too difficult... even if you're trying to build tension/frustration. Thanks for making it, but I won't be trying to finish it for now (especially since one of the validations doesn't work on the word scramble ;) )
Honestly this may be one of the best games i have played period the amount of time and detail put in is fantastic! i loved that you used different concepts for different levels like the 3rd level being very reminiscent of fnaf, i also got a baldis basics vibe, i loved that you always gave the player a chance even if you were incorrect, although i think that was the point, i have nothing feedback wise for this is was genuinely a peace of art! great job man and i cant wait to see what's next!
Even thou I expected the twists and turns in this game, you still managed to surprise me with sudden details and eerie atmosphere. Fantastic Job Lachlan.
To this day, my most favorite of your games is "Inconspicuous Facility", which defined the expectations with story, gameplay and superb environment. This game is still a classic series. Other than Bodhi's character and that girl doll (god, I hate her), the games depth and quality speaks for itself. Majority of gameplay does require a certain skill of patience (which, if you know me, I lack a lot of that), but unlike other games it does deliver on the premise and showcases a well built project.
The data "thing", which some people might find unsettling and a bit different is nothing I am not used to. There have been numerous games doing the same or alike action and hope if anyone besides you Lachlan reads this - the game is 100% safe.
On the other note, I would love to comment about "UV Goggles" too. Just 1 word - Ingenious. I've not personally played it, but I watched Adrionic play it on his channel and damn to earth it was mysterious, scare invoking and decent. Loved it.
Wish the best for you mate. You and I both know how much I have played your games, left comments, but due to some reasons we have been apart, that's in the past. Let us start fresh and evolve more. Can't wait for your next project. Cheers!

Actually somehow managed to beat this game! This game is very difficult, yet very worth the play as it has you worried that maybe it did actually take your data and only you can get it back! I think nerfing some of the challenges, especially the color memory, would help with the game. I felt myself very frustrated a majority of the game, unless that was the intention. Anyhow, very good game!!
Hi there ! I cheated for the sixth scramble word, shame on me but I'm not an english talker (even if my english level is not that bad). I took a screenshot of the answer but when I wrote it, it doesn't work. What is happening ? (I have checked multiple that there is no error before validating)
Beautiful game even if I didn't understand if all the scrambled words are correct, plus , i am not a native English speaker, so it is even more difficult
Hey! I deleted my original post because I didn't want people to get the wrong idea of the game. There was one more bug I ran into while playing that I forgot to mention. When I tried recording with OBS the only way I could get it working was by doing a display capture. On game or window capture it would start to record then freeze after your logo. Might be on my end but thought I'd point it out just in case

You can change the desktop back to normal in the Windows background image settings, just search for "background" in the Windows search bar.
Game didn't work for me. The screen was black, only showing a frame every 5 or so seconds.

This game has the vibe and atmosphere of a nightmare. The challanges do drag on a little. But the hitman didn't kill me, so 10/10!

ive had this happen in my games before, it could possibly be the fact you are using the text it displays ON the input field, not the input fields text

I ran into it as well, it's NVIDA goofing stuff up I believe. Display Capture is the only way to go.
